Order is shipped 3 days after payment is received, and should arrive to your doorstep between 10-28 days, depending on your country. This exclude the 3 processing days.

In the case of refund, you have to mail back the item (address will be provided in the email), or we can agree on a partial refund. Sending money to customers to cover the return fee has hurt our business in the past. We are really sorry.

Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is shipped, it’s impossible to have it returned until it gets to its destination, which can then be returned for a full refund.
